Who this is from
Qasim Malik teaches this on TechnoSpike. He studied electronics engineering at UET Peshawar’s Abbottabad Campus. Since 2020 he has been a plugin and backend developer at Fena, building the pay-by-bank checkout for Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, Wix, PrestaShop, OpenCart, and GoHighLevel. The course playlist is named Complete Shopify Full Course – First Time in Pakistan.
Lecture 1 is How to Setup a Store. It was published on 7 May 2026 and runs 6 minutes 25 seconds. The written path that matches it is How to Create a Shopify Store.
Open the store
The eight steps stay in that order: account, store name, Dawn, one product and a collection, payments and a shipping rate, policies, a domain, then remove the storefront password. This page does not repeat every click. Use the guide, with the lecture beside it.
Shopify’s plan price depends on the plan and the country. This page does not quote one. Finish the setup on the trial, then read the price on Shopify’s own pricing page.
Dawn is the free Online Store 2.0 theme. A paid theme can wait until a product, a payment method, and a shipping rate exist. Preview the homepage on a phone.
Payments in Pakistan
On 16 October 2026, Shopify’s supported-countries page for Shopify Payments listed countries from Australia through the United States. Pakistan is not on that list. Shopify’s own line is that a country missing from the list uses a third-party payment provider.
Open Settings, then Payments, and activate a provider the admin shows for your store. You can also add a manual payment method and write, on the checkout, how the customer pays you. Place a test order. Checkout needs that payment method and a shipping rate before a customer can finish.
The longer note is Shopify Payments in Pakistan. The pay-by-bank plugins Qasim builds are the Fena plugins. They are a separate product from Shopify Payments.
After the test order
Remove the storefront password when the test order succeeds. Add an About page, a Contact page, and the refund, privacy, terms, and shipping policies. Price a product only at a number you can fulfill.
When a card needs a Sale, New, or BOGO badge, Product Label Pro is the theme embed for text you type. Plans are free, $2 a month, and $4.99 a month. There is no theme-code edit. The label does not change the Shopify price. Set the offer in the product as well.
Dropshipping, if that is the model, starts after this store exists. The next page is Shopify Dropshipping in Pakistan. Questions can go to WhatsApp +92 314 5098262.
Frequently asked questions
How do I start Shopify in Pakistan?
Create a Shopify account, follow the eight setup steps on the TechnoSpike store guide, and watch Lecture 1 of Complete Shopify Full Course – First Time in Pakistan. Can I use Shopify Payments in Pakistan?
Shopify’s supported-countries page for Shopify Payments does not list Pakistan. Shopify says that if your country is not on that list, you use a third-party payment provider. The provider you can activate is the one shown in your own admin.
